A day in my life teaching at the University of Houston! 🐾 With midterms in full swing, I wanted to do something special for the students at the C. T. Bauer College of Business and make their day a little less stressful. Of course, I couldn’t show up empty-handed! First stop was Fluff Bake Bar, where Houston’s very own Sugar Fairy, Rebecca, hooked us up with 40 cookies, including their famous Couch Potato cookie, Cosmic Brownie, and a few other favorites. For dinner, I decided to support chef Sunny and his newest concept, Three Fish Bowls. Sunny has definitely been one of Houston’s more controversial chefs over the years, but I believe in giving people opportunities to grow, and I wanted to support his latest venture while making sure the students were well fed. After a full day on campus, I wrapped things up with a pasta night at Milton’s, a restaurant I still believe deserves recognition from the Michelin Guide (2027)!!!
