Welcome back to my coffee corner. ☕️ Today we’re making espresso in the moka pot + talking through a few of the coffees my parents and I always reach for. When you’re using a moka pot, make sure you’re buying ground coffee that’s suitable for this type of machine. Most packages will tell you right on the label if it’s intended for moka pots, so that’s always something I check before buying. You can drink it warm right away, use it for an iced cappuccino, or let it cool on the counter and turn it into caffè freddo. Once cooled, I keep it in the refrigerator and try to use it within 2-3 days. Although honestly… coffee doesn’t exactly have time to sit around in this house. 🙃 #coffee #espresso #mokapot #moka #cappuccino
