Polpettini e patate for dinner 🤍 Olive oil, sliced yellow potatoes, a little white onion, halved cherry tomatoes, salt + pepper, frozen basil and mini meatballs. I let the potatoes get nice and golden first, then added everything else and cooked it down until the polpettini were fully cooked through. So good on its own, but Victor had his with fresh bread like a little panino 🥖 #panino #sandwich #homemade #homecooking
