My husband wanted chicken parmigiana tonight, so this is how I make it at home for him. I start with my breaded chicken cutlets and bake them first until they’re nearly cooked through. Then I flip them, add tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella + Pecorino Romano, and put them back in the oven until everything is hot, melted + bubbling. #homecooking #chicken #recipes
