I Biscotti di Nonna 🤍 You’ve all been so patient with me while I worked on getting these right, and I’m finally ready to share them. I brought my mom in for this batch because these cookies are so much more than just a list of ingredients. The technique matters, the texture matters, the way the dough comes together matters and I really wanted to make sure I could give you the version that actually tastes and feels like Nonna’s. The full recipe is now on my website with all of the measurements, timing, technique + little details I learned after testing them several times. These are such a special cookie in our family. We make them around the holidays and give them to family + friends, but honestly, sometimes we just crave them and make a batch because we can. Nonna always finished hers with one little chocolate chip in the center, but you can absolutely leave them plain or make them your own. If you make them, please tell me.
