How I prep my chicken cutlets to make dinner during the week so much easier 🤍 I walk through how I prep everything in this video, and if you’re freezing them, just wrap each cutlet individually, place them in a freezer bag and they’re good for about 3–4 weeks. When you’re ready to use them, let them defrost in the refrigerator during the day and they’re ready to cook by dinner time.
