I have three children in that young person age, so college age or soon out of college. And so, it's particularly relevant for me as a father, as a person as well, what I say to my own children, which is what I say to our recruits, is you better stay curious. And that means, do not walk away from, in fact, run into the opportunity to learn the power of this technology and how you can apply it in your work product. That curiosity means that just like when you and I started, I'm going to learn from day one until the end. And in that process I'm going to learn, grow, contribute. In this case, some of that learning is going to happen in the course of work leveraging AI. So look at our business, we have AI teaching, training, testing, scoring, credentialing, before we then deploy to ensure that our professionals are ready for what our clients need.
