I was in the need for a little bit of a healthier sweet treat, so we're making these chocolate banana muffins. I managed to fail twice on this. We're making a whole different frosting. It's the fact that I don't have a stand mixer. So of course, right after this, I turned to Amazon and Alexa for Shopping, because it is time I get my stand mixer. I've waited this long, there's no way I'm paying full price. I asked Alexa to set a price drop alert. She'll let me know exactly when I need to buy it. Having the biggest struggle ever trying to make those. At least they're done. Bomb. But next time, Alexa is going to tell me when I can get a stand mixer and these will be much better.
