I remember being a freshman in college and trying to make a real meal in my dorm was literally impossible. So here's episode 4 of the Jewel Fuel Files: easy dorm meals hacked by Good Culture. Trust me, I understand the struggle of trying to find healthier options freshman year, cooking in a dorm with limited appliances. It's tough. Here are 3 high protein snacks/meals you are able to make in a dorm using Good Culture cottage cheese. First, I have a simple high protein egg scramble you can make in the microwave because I know appliances in the dorm are very limited. You're gonna make sure your cottage cheese with your eggs and any toppings you want. Microwave in 30 second intervals until done. Top it with anything you like and then you're on your way. Next, for a pizza toast, but you want a little bit of a higher protein option. This is my favorite pizza toast that you can make in the air fryer. Sourdough, cottage cheese, mozzarella, chicken sausage. Airfry for 12 minutes. Hot honey. Top it with your toppings and then airfry for 10 minutes. It is the perfect little snack. And lastly, for a little sweet treat, we have a high protein cookie dough. You're gonna mix your cottage cheese, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, chocolate chips. I taught mine on top of a rice cake for a little bit of a crunch. It was perfect.
