Big Sister Chat! And you better take a seat because we're getting into it. Because why are we all still so embarrassed to talk about intimate care? Yes, I mean down there. We'll happily talk about skincare, haircare, but as soon as it comes to caring for our intimate areas, everyone gets a little bit awkward. I've got one too, and it's normal, it's natural. It's just another part of our bodies that deserve to be cared for. So here's some advice I wish I knew growing up. When it comes to intimate hygiene, naturally our bodies take care of everything internally. But there are ways that we can look after ourselves externally, just like we do with our favorite skincare and haircare products. My favorite feminine hygiene product would be Femfresh.
