You don't listen to the customer. No focus groups. No way. There's a famous saying, I think it's Henry Ford, if I asked a customer, they would have asked for faster horses. Never invented a car. No, you know what you want. I think it's about finding our own truth. I think when a person finds his own truth, they can express it. Of course, I'm not going to tell you we shouldn't listen to the customer. And flow we have a lot of things. I could tell you 10 things that the customer has pointed out to us that of course are right and we do. But again, we have an opinion. If we listen to our customer and flow, we'll have prettier buildings so more influencers can take more pictures. So you're saying, hear your customers, but don't always listen to them. Is that a distinction? I am saying, do you know yourself? I'm saying everyone rushing, building all these businesses when they don't even know who they are, leads us to going into dinners and talking about nothing, going into parties and doing whatever it is that we're doing. And instead of living life to the potential, life is so beautiful and amazing and full that if you're going to now be busy listening to your customer, because you want to build a business, because you want to make money, not only do I think it's not going to work for you, where's the fun in that?
