A spider expert has warned that the UK will see more, and “potentially bigger”, spiders this autumn, all because of those incredible summer heatwaves we enjoyed. 🕷️ Dee Patel, 34, an entomologist, has stated that the warm weather has created an influx of insects like mosquitoes, moths and bluebottle flies. More insects means more food for spiders, which is why, when you see one in your home as the weather cools, it might be bigger than usual. 😭 #Spiders #SpidersUK #LondonSpiders #London #UKNews
