3 pregnancy pains that shows that your baby in the womb is dead

doctors do tell people to get emergency care immediately if they notice these 3 red flags together: 1. *Sudden stop or major decrease in baby’s movements* If your baby was kicking/moving regularly and then you feel almost nothing for several hours, especially after 20-24 weeks. Do the "kick count" test: lie on your side, drink something cold, and see if you feel 10 movements in 2 hours. 2. *Severe abdominal pain + vaginal bleeding* Intense cramping or sharp pain that doesn’t go away, especially with heavy bleeding or fluid. This can sometimes signal complications like placental abruption. 3. *No fetal heartbeat detected + other symptoms* You wouldn’t feel this yourself, but if you also have fever, chills, foul-smelling discharge, or severe dizziness with the pain and no movement, that’s an emergency sign. *What to do right now:* - Please contact your doctor, midwife, or go to the nearest hospital/ER immediately. - If you’re in Nigeria you can also call your hospital’s maternity line or 112 for emergency services. I know how scary it is to wait. The best thing is to get checked today so you can get answers and the right care, whether it’s reassurance or treatment.#pregnancyjourney #pregnancy
