1. Sleep on your side – From the second trimester onward, side sleeping (especially the left side) is generally recommended because it can improve blood flow to the uterus. Don’t worry if you wake up on your back—just return to your side. 2. Begin gentle pregnancy-safe exercise – Walking, swimming, or prenatal yoga can help improve circulation, reduce back pain, and prepare your body for labor. 3. Eat more iron-rich and protein-rich foods – Your baby’s growth speeds up during this stage, increasing your need for nutrients like iron and protein. 4. Start daily kick awareness later in the trimester – As your baby becomes more active, get familiar with their usual movement pattern. Your healthcare provider will advise you when to formally monitor movements if appropriate. 5. Practice pelvic floor (Kegel) exercises – These can strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and may help with bladder control during and after pregnancy. 6. Plan ahead for the rest of your pregnancy – Attend your antenatal appointments, discuss your birth plan with your healthcare provider, and start preparing the essentials you’ll need for your baby. #fup #viral
