7 signs you're 1weeks pregnant

Heads up: "1 week pregnant" gets used 2 ways: 1. *1 week after your last period* = you’re not actually pregnant yet, just on your period. 2. *1 week after conception* = super early, most people have no symptoms yet. Here’s what _can_ show up around 1 week post-conception, though it’s different for everyone: 1. *Light spotting or implantation bleeding* Tiny pink/brown spotting that’s lighter than a period. Happens when the fertilized egg attaches to the uterus lining, usually 5-6 days after conception. It lasts hours to a couple days. 2. *Mild cramping* Feels like light tugging, tingling, or prickling in your lower abdomen or back as implantation happens. Some people don’t feel it at all. 3. *Fatigue* Even this early, rising progesterone can make you feel wiped out for no reason. 4. *Breast tenderness or tingling* Breasts might feel sore, swollen, or tingly due to hormone changes. 5. *Bloating/gas* Hormones slow digestion, so you can feel bloated or gassy even before a missed period. 3b12 6. *Heightened sense of smell / metallic taste* Some people notice smells are stronger or have a weird metallic taste in their mouth. 3b12 7. *Mood swings or irritability* Hormone shifts can make you feel more emotional or irritable than usual. * #fyp
