5 changes I made to go from 190lbs to 145lbs 1. Stopped doing random workouts. I follow a structured workout program intentional for muscle growth and I track all my data (reps, sets, weight) 2. Limit the calories I drink. I stick to mostly water, black coffee, and low calorie drinks. Yes, I’ll do an occasional latte or alcoholic beverage, but it’s not often. The calories add up. 3. Endless cardio. I now use cardio as a tool, not my strategy. Build muscle is what gives my body the definition it needs. 4. Walk more than I sit. Daily steps is the most underrated fat loss tool. Get more daily steps in and watch the fat fall off (if your nutrition is in check). 5. I no longer guess my nutrition. You can eat healthy but still be over or underconsuming. I track my macros, not obsessively, but to make sure I’m where I’m supposed to be to support my goals.
