Every once in awhile I will treat myself to a yummy coffee, but for the most part, I no longer add much to it. 2. Protein bars to nonfat greek yogurt + fruit and honey. But I was doing the same excessive cardio workouts over and over again and my body wasn’t being stimulated in a new way. Progressive overload training and building muscle has changed the overall composition of my body more than cardio ever did.
