eBay Scammers are getting so good. I'm trying to sell my iPhone 16 Pro Max on eBay so I can justify the iPhone Duo and I just got a message that was very, very clever. So first they ask me, say, hi, is this iPhone, blah, blah, blah, they use the exact wording I do and they say, is it available? And I said, it is listed on eBay then it's available. You can purchase through eBay. And then the next thing is the part that's really crazy. Then they sent me a screenshot and they said, once I finished the order, a message popped up asking me to send this to you. So I said, okay, thanks for sending it. You know, I want to see where this goes. But look at the image. It says that they've purchased the order, they've made a fake image and right here it says, for this image to the other person in the transaction. But first off, this looks very convincing. Like, if I was not paying attention, I would think something's off. I've been scammed on eBay before, so I always have red flags when people message me privately. I think if I scan this QR code, something bad will happen, either take me to a fraudulent website or something like that. I don't know. I'm not going to click on it. I answered and will see what they say. But look at this. Any other person who's just not paying attention, they will see this that in the screenshot and they might fall for it. So remember, just be careful when you're selling things on eBay. There's a ton of scammers out there. Keep everything in the eBay app and if someone actually ordered that iPhone from me, I would have gotten a notification from eBay saying, hey, they've paid, time to ship. And that's it. No screenshots, no private messaging. So, just, you know, think through it logically. If anything interesting comes from this, I'll make a follow-up video. So, I guess make sure you're following.
