Recipe below 👇🏼This is the easiest 10-minute homemade Creamy Tomato Sauce! 🍅 Toss in your favorite pasta and dinner is done. I used chicken & garlic ravioli and it was SO good. 🛒 You’ll need: • 3 Roma tomatoes • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2-3 garlic cloves, minced • 1/3 cup heavy cream • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning • Pinch of red pepper flakes • Salt + pepper 🤌🏼 How to: 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place tomatoes cut-side down, cover, and cook for 5–7 minutes, until softened and the skins start to blister. 2. Using tongs, peel the skins off right in the pan. Mash the tomatoes down with a fork. 3. Add Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt + pepper. Mix everything together. 4. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. 5. Pour in heavy cream and let the sauce simmer for 1–2 minutes. 6. Add your favorite cooked pasta and toss until coated. 7. Stir in Parmesan. Add a splash of pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce. 8. Finish with extra Parmesan and fresh basil for the perfect quick weeknight dinner! #easyweeknightdinner #homemadesauce #creatorsearchinsights #homemadesauce #saucerecipes
