A U.S. Marine who has never even been to Cornell University is allegedly receiving death threats after his home address was mistakenly linked to a gang rape lawsuit... all because he shares a name with one of the accused former fraternity members. His attorney says the Marine has absolutely no connection to the case. The damage may already be done.
