Moonstruck (1987) 🌙❤️ Cher, Nicolas Cage, and a little bit of old New York magic. Cher plays Loretta, a widowed woman who agrees to marry a man she doesn't really love, only to unexpectedly fall for his younger brother, Ronny, played by Nicolas Cage. The chemistry between these two is wonderful. Cage is dramatic, unpredictable, and sometimes completely ridiculous, while Cher somehow manages to keep up with every bit of it. 😂 🎬 A little movie trivia: Cher won the Best Actress Oscar for Moonstruck, while Olympia Dukakis won Best Supporting Actress. The film also won Best Original Screenplay. The Italian-American family dinners, Brooklyn streets, opera, and that beautiful romantic atmosphere make this one of the most charming films of the late 80s. And honestly, Nicolas Cage was something else in this movie. ❤️ #Moonstruck #Cher #NicolasCage #80sMovies #80s
