This might be the coolest community in all of Texas and it definitely explains why everybody's moving here. This whole neighborhood is connected by 360+ acres of man-made lakes with restaurants you could boat up to. Plastic surgeons on the water. Crazy! Homes from: $300s. Homes from: $300s up to the millions. Plus private island + beaches. Private island + beaches. And a Lifetime right down the road. And the coolest part is when you show up to check it out, they actually give you a boat tour. We had an awesome captain that took us to all the hotspots like this town center they call the Boardwalk where residents can boat up, hang out, and get to go food delivered right to their boat. They really have everything you would need here like a Torchy's, a World of Beer, even banks, hospitals, gyms, and coffee shops. Live music. And on the weekends they do live music at night and a farmers market on Sundays. And if you don't have a boat, they have parking for golf carts or a water taxi. Across from the Boardwalk is one of the residents' private beaches. Water sports welcome. And yes, you can wakeboard or pull a tube on this lake. And even though your neighbors with millionaires, they have brand new homes from the 300s. Townhomes from: $415k. Homes with built-in in-law suite/apartment to help you pay your mortgage. There's still so much to show you like private islands and the residents' water park. So be sure to follow to see more. What do you think? Would you move to Texas to live here?
