For just $107 a month using your health insurance. The first step is to call your health insurance company and ask if they have any gym membership discounts or affiliate partners that offer gym membership discounts. So I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they have an affiliate program called Well onTarget which offers five different tiers of gym memberships starting at $10 a month all the way to $100 a month. So most of your Planet Fitness or LA Fitness gyms will fit into that $10 to $20 range and almost every Lifetime in the country will fit into that $100 range. So that means with tax it comes out to just $107 a month. And once you sign up online, all you have to do is go into the club in person and they'll give you a membership card. And depending on your membership level, you could get access to clubs all around the country. And I'm pretty sure every major health insurance carrier in the country has a program similar to this, so be sure to call yours and ask.
