Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
this is the exact fundraising playbook that took my partners and I to over 200 million in capital raised across venture capital in real estate. We're gonna go through it right now. The first thing is the main email that goes out. This is assuming you have an investor list. This email has an image, the description of the opportunity in a link to the deck or the deal page. Deal page is what we're using now for the deck. These are the virtual pitch decks. It says everything to do, everything about the opportunity in it. That's a separate video that we'll get into, but just know that this deal page also has forms. There's a form for emails in order to view the deal page and as intake forms for investor interest, requesting calls with the project team or access to the data room in the financial model. All of these forms link to a backend dashboard where we handle investor requests. So we send them the data room if it's someone we feel comfortable sharing it with. We schedule a call if it's someone we deem that's worth having it one to one call with. Next step in the playbook is to send out an overall email where you include these materials like the Excel model, any other supplemental materials as well. This is also where you have the RSVP to a webinar. What we use for this is actually AddEvent. This is a little free game for you. AddEvent allows you to have Zoom webinars without paying up for it on Zoom. In this email, there's a link where they go and then the prospective investors from your email list, particularly you wanna target the people who have came in and looked at the deck, send them this email, invite them to RSVP to a call with the management team, a group call. You have the webinar, you host it. It's usually like a panel style. If it's real estate, it's the project team. If it's venture capital, it's the startup's executive team or founding team. After you have this call, it gets recorded. You follow up again with another email with the recording of that call, again sending out a link to the deal page and any other investor materials that you wanna share and you also request people to send in their final indications of interest through a dedicated form. Throughout this whole process, you are taking in those indications of interest from the very beginning when you send out that final indications of interest list and you build your total subscription list who you're gonna send out your subscription docs to. That's the next step in the process. That's really moving towards the close of the raise, but this is the playbook for getting your raise out there or getting your project and investment out there and bringing it to market. If you want me to go into the subscription DOC in actual signing and funding part, comment below. I'll get into that in the next video.
