10 Must-Have, but Uncommon Items for Your Airbnb Fire Extinguisher First Aid Kit Umbrella It's really nice to provide at least one umbrella for your guests in case it rains. Keurig Even if you don't have a kitchen, it's essential that guests have a way to make coffee and this can even give you hot water for oatmeal or ramen. Full length mirror Full length mirrors in every room are a must. Power Strip with USB Ports Guests love this easy phone charger thing so they don't have to reach back behind the bed to plug theirs in. Ear Plugs Also, this is a basement unit and I always provide ear plugs in case there's any noise from the upstairs guests. Steamer / Iron You'll at least want to provide a steamer or an iron or both. Full size soap bottles I got these bottles on Amazon. I think it's nice to provide big bottles, not every Airbnb has this, so it's a bonus. Designated space for extra supplies *I'm going to add shelving and make it more organized because it looks like a disaster lol* This is a keyless entry deadbolt to my storage room. This is inside the Airbnb, it's just nice to have a space where your cleaners can come in and access extra supplies, sheets and towels and anything they might need.
