Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
At just twenty-seven years old, I've built my online business to over $100,000 per month and I've had months as high as $300,000. And here are by far the biggest lessons that helped me achieve that. Part two. So many creators are so focused on scaling themselves out of their business way too early. There's so much advice online of hire people, build systems, work less, make more. But ironically, the thing that will help you scale to $100,000, $200,000, $300,000 per month is by doing the things that don't scale. And it's by doing those things that don't scale now that will allow you to build a business that's capable of scaling effectively in the future. Now, I'm going to tell you a story to prove this point. And this person doesn't know that I'm about to tell this story, but hopefully they appreciate it. I did Ali Abdaal's Part-Time YouTuber Academy back in 2020 and I loved it. But I joined as an Australian knowing that there was no way I was going to be able to make it to the live calls. The time for me was like 2:00 in the morning. I'm an early to bed, early riser, so there was no way I was going to flip my entire life upside down for six weeks. But I was okay with that. I was happy to watch the recordings and keep up in the community and ask any questions that I had. But then, Ali did something that I didn't expect. He did the un-scalable and personally organized in his own time an additional APAC specific time zone Q&A. And luckily, the time worked for me. In that call, because there just weren't many APAC people in the program, I had 15 minutes of one-on-one FaceTime with Ali Abdaal, someone that I had followed and admired for years. And those 15 minutes alone made that program and the price I paid for it worth it 100 times over. Those 15 minutes were completely outside the core program, they were completely un-scalable and something that Ali definitely didn't have to do. And by every perceivable business metric, was a complete waste of his time. And I felt so personally indebted by that experience and the program as a whole that I reckon I've personally referred at least 100 people to the Part-Time YouTuber Academy, which as a guess, has probably generated his business hundreds of thousands of dollars. So although it might not seem like a good use of your time to get on a call randomly with one of your customers, or to send a Loom video rather than a text message, or to follow up on that personal piece of information that someone left you in their application to join your program, all of those things, the un-scalable things, may actually be the most profitable use of your time when you're growing your business. So do all the things that don't scale.
