I quit my job. That is the face of someone who just left their big girl tech job. I'm Maggie and for the past year I've been building a community led basketball sportswear brand. It started with user interviews, research and designing and then I traveled to China for a month to work with some of the best sportswear manufacturers in the world directly on the production floor. I started hosting events in LA and 3080s grew to 80, then 150 and then we just hosted our largest event with over 250 people. We partnered with dating major League basketball teams, paddle brands and have even had some of the best players in the world join our community. Our first collection has arrived as well and we've been fulfilling pre-orders, packing new orders and our official launch party will be November 17th. It's definitely scary leaving a full-time job and a stable income, but through court and crew, people have found new job opportunities, business partnerships, best friends and even life partners. So we're impacting people's lives in a very real way and that's what makes us all worth it. If you're wondering how I did all this, while also working a full-time job. It was a lot of this and very little sleep. As productive as one person can be, the opportunities for court and crew quickly outgrew what I could do with my free time. So after a lot of thinking, I decided it was time to take a leap of faith. And so
