A day in my life as a new Pilates instructor was not my bingo card this year but here I am. A day in my life as a Pilates instructor. I have to teach at 1-1 8:30 am class and waking up at 6 a m on a Sunday is brutal so coffee first always. I literally go to bed dreaming about this coffee and this Nespresso machine works wonder for me. I like to run through my routine once before I teach my clients. I have an 8:30 class and a 10:30 group class so in between I always always need another pick me up. Waking up early sometimes is brutal but one of the best thing about being a instructor is finishing early and have the rest of the day to enjoy.
