I miss the days when Starbucks wrote on cups does not translate to, I wish my cup were written on. It translates to, I miss the days when we were treated like human beings. Mobiles and deliveries are the number one interruption to our ability to provide good service. The fact that has been repeating this pretty much unanimously for years is a punctuation mark and how the corporate culture does not listen to the voice of the store level employees. Brian Nichols he does have the balls. Does not have the balls to remove a channel of revenue. No, I know. I know. It's the fact that it is ruining customer experience. Completely ruining customer experience. You're not only customer experience, but it's a problem. You're not only customer experience, but it's a problem. It's a problem. The truth is the Starbucks board has these CEOs on an extremely tight lease. There have been four Starbucks CEOs in the past four years. Lasio left after 17 months and Nicole is on his 13th month. And things ain't looking great. Arby is as are now mandated to write you a note. Or they'll be fired. And they'll have to wear cucks because like I said, we're committed to going back to the 90s and they can't have tattoos or piercings because also 90s and also they can't unionize.
