I just saw a video from a creator whose content I usually like, and she was talking about how disappointed she is in Taylor Swift, and then she was also talking about the long-standing relationship between Charli XCX and Taylor Swift, and she was talking about Taylor Swift in a negative sense, and in the caption she said Charli XCX is pro-Palestine. The phrase pro-Palestine in relation to celebrities is starting to mean absolutely nothing. And what it's doing is when you guys slap on pro-Palestine onto literally any celebrity who has done the most bare minimum thing, like sharing an Instagram story to the Palestine Children's Relief Fund or, you know, waving up a Palestine flag at their concert, that is not material solidarity. And even those kinds of non-material acts of solidarity, those would have mattered back in 2023 and 2024 when to support Palestinian liberation was a minority stance. And that's just not the case anymore. Celebrities need to be doing more, and when you guys say that celebrities are in solidarity with Palestine when they literally have not done anything, and in fact a lot of these celebrities are actually Zionist. Charli XCX is a Zionist. Let me show you proof. She surrounds herself with Zionists. This is from the Reverse Canary Mission, if you guys aren't familiar with them. If you ever are curious who a celebrity has pledged allegiance to, just go to this website. It tells you. Also, Zionists in Music is a really great account on Instagram, and that was when I first learned that Charli XCX was Zionist. Because what do you mean? Also, she's best friends with Dasha. All those, what do you call those like weird like dirtbag left or left people who are actually just white supremacists? You can see here Charli XCX dedicated a song to Dasha, and Dasha practiced shooting a target that was wearing a keffiyeh. And a lot of people say it doesn't matter, all solidarity counts at this point. What does it? Because what has Charli XCX done? These celebrities are getting all the perks at this point of being quote-unquote pro-Palestinian without actually doing any of the work. The work that celebrities who since late 2023 and early 2024 have been being blackballed, have been kicked out of their industries, have lost jobs, all that stuff, but they accepted it because they knew what they were standing for was right. And from consumers, at least when I as an American, I'm thinking about where are the artists that I want to support, I think about what these artists' values are. And coming out of the woodwork two years into this and saying, oh yeah, you know, I support Palestine, no you don't. You don't deserve anyone's consumer, anyone who is on the left, you do not deserve their consumer dollars. And I need you guys to understand that's why they're doing this. They're not doing it because they care, because if they cared they would have said that back in November 2023. And as documented by Red Canary Mission, and everyone remembers this, Charli XCX in July 2024 said Kamala is brat. What do you mean? The woman who is a vehement Zionist, the woman who believes that Israel needs to be defended and they need American's tax dollars in order to fund their military, how is that pro-Palestine? Also another thing, it's really just weird in general to be talking about like the interpersonal beef that celebrities have, and then as part of your argument for supporting one celebrity over another, it's like you tack it on as like a last thing like, and so and so is pro-Palestine, and then them being pro-Palestine is apparently them having said something like two months ago. Like why are we even bringing oppressed people into this, into this like celebrity beef?
