Fixing the beach shack stairs so our tiny dog can go up and down 💔 previously on buying the worst house on the best street by the way I do have shorts on so two weeks into our new house and one of the things that we didn't really realise when we bought this place is that the stairs are so steep that our dog can't get up and down so we've been carrying her up and down like the angel that she is but I have this fear because the steps are like so steep I have the fear that she might like come down too fast and then because she's so tiny somehow get stuck in there and her fear and then like hurt herself even though this isn't the most attractive vibe to room Band-Aid solution that we're thinking is putting down these runners where we like staple them in and that's just like day 1 band-aid solution I mean I say day 1 we're two weeks in but band-aid solution until we figure out a long term kind of update for the stairs the stairs are not great this is not great it's millennial beige but we needed something instant so good old IKEA love ya this was too wide because the stairs are quite narrow so we've just cut it down one side we're gonna put duct tape on the bottom to like stop it from fraying and then we're just gonna like stack multiple in until the whole staircase is done and then from there who knows but that's version one and let's go do it now
