They say happiness has a way of finding you when you least expect it, but this time of year feels different. There's something in the air, in the small moments, in the space between that just feels happier. I see it everywhere, on the street, at the park, on the faces of passersby. I've seen it sitting across me at a cafe, laced in conversations around a table, floating in laughter. It's my first holiday season away from home and yet, I've never felt more present. Maybe happiness isn't something we chase, but something we create, in the way we care for ourselves and the way we give to others. A box of beauty that reminds me that joy can be shared even from far away. And maybe that's the real gift. The happiness we create can make us feel at home.
