The new AI skill that you need to learn, a new model just made it very obvious. So Google just dropped one of the strongest AI models we have ever seen. It is literally jumped off the charts of the Arc AGI leaderboard. But at the same time, we all know how this goes. Google is winning this week, OpenAI is gonna win next week, Anthropic is gonna win the week after. So I think the real skill in AI is not being the person who just picks one model and sticks with it. It's the skill of knowing how to distribute work to different AI models. Everybody is so used to just chatting with ChatGPT but you lose out on so much of the scaling benefits of being able to use different models for different tasks. I use OpenAI for ideation and fast iteration. Google is becoming better for some of the hard reasoning tasks. Anthropic has a creativity element that I don't see in the other models. So when you start thinking this way, you stop treating AI like a singular tool. You start thinking of it as a team of co workers. So to get tactical, think about the things that you're just using ChatGPT for right now, and start splitting up those tasks among all the different models. It'll be a game changer in the way you work.
