One of the coolest things in AI right now is building out AI Employees. Basically AI Agents that fully understand your business and can basically automate anything that you do on a day-to-day basis. So I'm gonna show you how I build out AI Agents in under 10 minutes every single day. So the first AI Agent I'm going to show you is an AI Sales Employee. Basically I wanted it to do all the things that a regular salesperson would do at my company. So the first thing I do is actually give it all the context about how we sell our product. You can see I'm giving it all the product information from confluence, providing it previous RFPs, case studies, all the information from my CRM, from my hubspot, so it fully understands that context. Once that agent has the knowledge in its brain, it can basically automate any workflow I have. You can see this sales agent actually has 10 different tools available to its use. It can write personalized email drip campaigns, it can find and enrich contacts in our CRM. After any sales call, it can save the meeting minutes and draft follow ups. You can see I basically built out a bunch of different multi step processes that this agent can run. So now the agent has tools and it has context, which basically opens up the doors to automating anything you want. After every sales call, I'm on, it automatically fills out my CRM. If I have questions about our win rate, I could just ask it. What's been our win rate for the past 10 months? Our win rate for the past 10 months is 63%. The key to an AI Employee is making sure it knows everything that you know, but it also understands the processes that you do on a daily basis. If you combine those two things effectively, there is no limit to what an AI Agent can automate in your business.
