I finally figured out how Jensen Huang's mind works and why Nvidia will never be beat. So I'm reading the book The Nvidia Way and part of the book talks about I'm at the stage where Jensen Huang actually created the whole category of GPUs in 1999. So Jensen, 25 years ago he already created GPUs. And a big part of why he did that was he is a big fan of this book called The Innovator's Dilemma. And The Innovator's Dilemma really talks about how startup companies start to go into the markets that the bigger companies aren't super excited about and really dismiss. But the problem is those startups then come up through the ranks and start eventually taking market share once they have their foot in the door. So let's go back to the whole TPU thing recently, where they're talking about maybe getting some from Google. Don't think Jensen already doesn't have a plan to attack that and maybe even offer his own.
