Short Selling SpaceX

As I mentioned before in one of my videos and got a lot of hate for it is reading the book about Elon Musk and I'm telling you I'm almost at the very very end. I have about 100 pages left. It's a very fascinating book. And I'm not going to get into whether you like him or hate him. I'm just going to talk about his mindset, kind of what he's accomplished and even if you hate him, you almost have to kind of give him credit for what he's accomplished, both with Tesla, SpaceX, Boring Company, Neuralink, you name it. But um, the one thing I'm going to show you here, one thing that's really prevalent inside the book is Elon Musk has a very, um, he hates it when people short his stock. He finds it almost like a slap in the face because they don't see the vision that he does. Which is almost hard because again, love him or hate him, the guy's a genius. So if you can't see his vision and you think short term, which a lot of people right now, believe that, you know, uh, SpaceX is overvalued. There's a huge short interest and it keeps going up. So let me show you short interest and let me tell you why, um, that could be good or bad for your next move. So as you can see right here, that's the short interest on SpaceX right now. It's looking like it is 30%. And that's a lot of short interest. So a couple things could happen. SpaceX earnings are coming up. If it, if it beats earnings or does better than people think, the stock could take off. And the reason why it could take off, this is speculation. If you get the Elon fanboys, like, you know, the meme stocks, if you get them riled up and they start buying back into the stock, which is going to push the stock back up. So, I'm not saying that's going to happen. I was actually shocked that the short interest was 30% on the stock. I mean, I hear people hate on him all the time, but, um, yeah, it could be interesting. It could go up, it could, uh, it could crater. Here's the thing that's going to happen. If they mess and there's some really bad news, and this starts to go down, more and more people are going to short. And so, who knows what's going to happen? But, um, I just know that every time that people have shorted anything that Elon's done, it hasn't happened overnight necessarily, but he has always made them pay. And he has a big disdain for people that short the stock. So if you're shorting it, just know that Elon hates you.
