I've been single for three years and one of the best advices I can give anyone because recently I've been going on so many dates is to be more flexible with your age range. My current age range has been from like 24 to 32, and the 32 one has a caveat which I'll get to in a second. But as someone in their 30s, I used to have such a strict cut off where I was like 29 to 44, I'm not like going out of this range and through accidentally meeting people in real life and then finding out later they're like younger, still like giving it a shot and going on a date. I have been really pleasantly surprised by the 24 to 28 range. They know how to treat a girl, like the bare minimum things like plan, pursue and like communicate, which is like all you would want. And I just wouldn't expect that from a guy in their twenties. And that has pleasantly surprised me. As far as the older range, I feel like I've realized as I've dabbled into the older range that it's just not for me. I think there usually is a reason why they are single, not to like put it that way, because I'm in my 30s, someone could say the same thing about me. Also with the caveat with the 32, he lied about his age. Told me he was 44. So that should tell you something as well. My experiences dating men in their 20s is that they are really a different breed of men out there. It's worth giving it a shot at least to get that experience and just like expand your horizons and know that like, okay, this is out there. So like, let's not settle for these like 30, 40 year old men who are just not it.
