I hope you have your notes app ready because I'm about to give you the blueprint on how I would get into IT and Cyber Security in 2026. If you're new here, my name is Nate the best smelling IT and Cyber Security professional and I'll help people break into the industry. So, if that interests you, drop a follow and save this video for later. The complete blueprint that I would give anyone trying to start to get into IT and Cyber Security is quite simple. There's three steps, okay? First is obtain searches in this order. Security Plus, Network Plus, AC 900. Once you have those we move on to step two. Step two is begin working on home labs. What you're going to do is go to a job listing, whether it's a help desk scroll or entry level cyber roll, even though those are kind of a myth. And look at the job requirements. Look at those requirements, take them and do home labs based off of those requirements. This is a game changer. They're literally giving you the blueprint in the job description. Last thing I'll say is you need to take your resume and look at sites like Clarans jobs LinkedIn and start applying to to at least bare minimum 10 jobs a day. We're running up on the new year. Everyone's budget is about to refresh. So the sooner you get all these things in order, the sooner you're going to have a job. It is just mathematics. The more jobs you apply to, the more interviews you'll get. And if you have all these things that make you a required and skillful candidate, companies are going to reach out to you. If you want an environment that does all the stuff and does it step by step and holds your hand. I'm an instructor at the Botide Cyber Zero to hoodie boot camp. And if you're interested in that, comment 2026 and I'll send you the link.
