It's crazy when you work in IT and you're trying to tell someone something and describe something to them, you've gone to where you've got the simplest terms, but even that's not enough. When I have to ask someone, okay, please open Microsoft Word for me, and they tell me, I don't know what Microsoft Word is. I've never heard of that before. And I'm like, you know, um, the blue icon where you usually type your documents. Don't know what I'm talking about. The point I have to show them the actual app. Into the computer, I open it up, and they see the blank document and that apparently jogs their memory that this is the tool that they use every single day to do their job. Make it make sense.
