It has been a wild two months as a developer. And you know it's been a wild two months when your entire day to day completely changes from what it was just two months ago. As you can see in the back here, I have A.I. Just churning out code. This is what it's like to be a 10X developer in 2026. This is the day to day. I wake up, initiate a prompt, go to the gym, come back from the gym, kick off another prompt before I hop in the shower. And then my entire day everyday is just talking to an A.I. And I say two months ago because two months ago this wasn't the case. A.I. Was good, but it was only like 80% good, which isn't good enough to do this. Now these top models, GPT-5.2, Opus 4.5, are so good that I review the code and I consistently am learning things. This did not happen two months ago. And you talk to friends at big tech companies, they're just vibe coding. Everyone's just vibe coding. Almost no one is manually coding nowadays that I talk to. It's just a different world. I'm not saying it's worse, it's kinda refreshing. It's just different.
