you didn’t hear this from me 👀 but let me explain why the $200/mo claude code plan is a good deal: Anthropic is taking a massive loss on this plan to gain market share People have calculated you get around $2,300 per month worth of API usage on this $200/month plan if you max it out fully This is an INCREDIBLE deal and only possible because they have billions of dollars in funding For Cursor, they are doing something similar, but people have calculated that you get about $400 worth of API tokens on their $200/mo plan Still incredible, but obviously not as good of a deal as cloud code That's why I use Claude Code for the majority of my coding, because I want to take advantage of this as long as this subsidy is still going 😅 I do predict this is going to go away in the next few months. So I also recommend you take advantage of it too But honestly, you can't go wrong with any of these tools, they are so powerful and you'll get so much done #softwaredeveloper #coding #appdesign
