I caught you at the wrong time. Oh boy, I caught you at the wrong time. For training purposes. I don't want anybody else knocking on my fucking door today. 99% of all sales reps fail at this job because of this moment right here. Let's talk about why. So the two hard things that we're gonna be both rejection and on a daily basis within sales, you're having someone deny you of your product, why they don't want it, why they don't want to deal with it, why they're not interested, why they can get it for cheaper and why they can go ahead and just go do it on their own damn selves. That is where the process of you getting better occurs. Every day you're gonna get the opportunity to get told no. And out of that opportunity of being told no, you get the chance to respond. How you decide to respond will determine what your success will be within sales. And every single rep that chooses to leave sales before it gets good for them, always can never overcome this hump because being told no sucks. The second most important part is dealing with emotions, not only from ourselves, but from the prospect that we're getting a chance to work with as well. We are literally playing doctor Phil for people at times. I kid you not. And when I say that we're playing doctor, I'm not talking about trying to manipulate the person to go through so we can get paid. I'm talking about the journey we have to go through, this own individual sales process to make sure that they get to the finish line, to get them to their desired outcome that they say they want to achieve. It's not easy. We're talking about individuals that may have buyer's remorse. People that may want to go ahead and get 14,000 different random quotes after you show them everything. Let's talk about the aspect of what we have to deal with as a sales representative. That sale may be something that we need to pay for rent. It can pay for our next meal. It can put money on the table for our family and how we provide. And in this world, it's called the sales coaster. And this bad boy goes up and down first year rookie reps that get in the sales always make this mistake. It's just a part of the process that's gonna teach you how to be great. Learn to control your emotions or become numb to rejection. It's all a part of it. You ready for Pt 2?
