Of the 500,000 apps that were released in 2025 because of vibe coding, only 3% generated over $100. When people are shipping vibe-coded slop to the App Store, it's not really a big deal because no one's actually using it. Before vibe coding when you wanted to release an app, you would spend thousands of dollars, which meant you were going to take marketing and distribution very seriously unlike these vibe-coders. It's getting to a point where everyone's just kind of making the same thing. All I'm really seeing is just trackers, workout trackers, habit tracers apps that help you quit vaping. So I guess it's eventually going to get to a point where it's as simple as launching a Shopify website, but the people who are actually generating income is gonna be a very select amount of people.
