isseymiyake sample sale haul pt. 2 + details for the next sale!

Welcome back to building my forever wardrobe. This is part two of the Issey Miyake friends and family sample sale haul. Now, did I buy the same skirt in three colors? Yes. These were 95% off and I was feeling quite indecisive on which colors that I got, but for under $60 each, it just felt silly to leave them behind. Now the blue felt like a given once I found this matching cape. The colors, the textures, I mean, what's not to love? These pants look so small, but obviously there's a lot of stretch with the pleats and my intention was to wear this underneath the matching dress that I already own. Absolutely love wearing a dress as a top. This dress also could very easily be worn as a top layered over trousers or even denim. And I love this silk detail that literally just loops right in. This dress and this top just gorgeous. And I need both of these? Probably not. But the adrenaline of being in a sample sale is so crazy because you're trying to like, grab things as quickly as you can. You're jumping over piles of things, you're trying to find a mirror to try things on, on top of your clothes. And I just feel like I was a little overstimulated. So I was like, I'm just holding on to everything. But if I do have maybe a slight regret and a little buyer's remorse, it's for this jacket that I really loved at the time and my best friend was like, yo, you need that, get it, it looks great. So I did. I love the color, love the buttons, the textures. I just don't know how much I'm actually gonna use out of this. But it's fun. Who knows? Maybe I'll wear it just a few times and then it'll find its way to the thrift store or my next consignment sale. All right, and I think that is it. Hi Kalysse! Great idea, thank you! I see all the lighthearted and be in all the, you know, wherever it's my invite, nobody told me nothing. And honestly, that's valid. However, that specific sale was invite only. But I have the best news because the Arlettie showroom reached out and they're ironically having another Issey Miyake sale. And yes, it's open to the public. It's happening this Wednesday, March 25th up until Saturday, March the 28th. Every day it'll be running from 10 AM to 7 PM. Both men's wear and women's wear. I'm not too sure of what the prices or discount range is, so just keep that in mind. And y'all better tag me because I want to see all the hauls, all the try-ons, all the styling videos.
