How to be an un-fireable. I've hired three very unqualified people for roles on my team, and they have become the top performers. And I'm gonna tell you what they do so well so you can do it, too. I'm always looking for a proactive attitude when I interview. I always ask questions and give scenarios that are really complex with not a lot of direction, and I wanna see how they think. And these people will come up with a plan even if they don't know what's right or wrong. They constantly are asking for feedback on how to improve and are really good at taking it in and then applying it. They're also always raising their hand for new challenges and are willing to roll with the punches when things feel a little bit uncertain.
