I had four interviews today, and I ended up loving the completely unqualified candidate more than any other. And I'm gonna tell you what she did well so you could do it, too. The way she answered this question won me over. It was tell me something you absolutely hate in your job today, and tell me something you love that you wanna invest in more. In explaining what she loved, she did a great job aligning the job description to what she does in her role that I would have never known on paper. She explained that her superpower was actually something that was very core to the job description, and the thing that she hated doing was very operational. But she used the opportunity to explain all the AI Tools that she's using to be more efficient. You need to become an amazing storyteller that will help you get the job.
