This is an interview question that stumps everyone, and I'm gonna tell you the mistakes that they make so you don't do them too. The question is, in your most recent role, what is feedback that you previously got from your manager? Definitely catches people off guard, so they answer very, very honestly. Or they say, actually, my boss kinda sucks, so I gave them feedback. Those are two super common answers. Instead, answer like this: I'm someone who loves to try to figure things out on their own, sometimes to my detriment, and it takes longer for me to figure it out. I got the feedback that I should ask questions more frequently. I learned that you're a go getter, but you also are self aware to take in that feedback and try and change.
