Today I had a 10 out of 10 interview with someone who came into my office who immediately made me wanna hire him. And I'm gonna tell you what he did well so you could do it, too. Firstly, he came prepared and he dressed formally. Like, I can't even tell you how thoughtful that was. Dress pants and a collared shirt. I really appreciated it. Walked in with a printed resume and a case study that he did proactively in advance that he was ready to share. He shared with someone on my team that he was super nervous, and it was so endearing because I could tell how much effort he put in to prepare. He had a binder full of questions that he was ready to ask me at the end of the interview. And he did an amazing job sharing how this was his number one priority. And that was a great feeling as an interviewer.
