Come with us to try the best matcha in Brooklyn. Everyone talks about Kijitora but the line was just way too long. So we pivoted and found nipponcha, which is apparently much better. They weigh out everything, so, you know, every matcha is gonna be really consistent. Non negotiable for me is that the matcha has to be hand whisked, and I instantly saw that bright, vibrant green colour which immediately tells me it's gonna be really good. I got the brown sugar almond milk matcha, which is their most popular, and this is about $10, which is pretty standard. 10 out of 10.
