the only apps you *actually* need to be a content creator (and they're free!) writing scripts I like notion because I can organize my content scripts into a calendar view but anywhere you can write your scripts will do (I recommend a platform that lets you create two columns, one for your script, the other for your b-roll!) filming use your phone! I promise you can make it look great use these settings to get the best possible quality: Record Video 4K at 30 fps Record Slo-mo 4K at 120 fps Record Cinematic Record Sound Stereo Formats Preserve Settings Camera Capture High Efficiency Most Compatible HDR Video (High Efficiency) editing Davinci Resolve has an incredibly robust free version you get access to pro software for free, and you can do 99% of what you need to do without paying a cent design Create your YouTube thumbnails, or carousels for Instagram with Canva (and use remove.bg to delete backgrounds from images before uploading them into Canva!) You don't need expensive tools & software to create. use the free version of everything until you need to expand and avoid getting stuck with a million subscriptions!
